Chinmay Vidyapeeth organises Satvik Bhog Cooking Contest

CHINMAY Vidyapeeth organised Satvik Bhog competition at Shri Ram Temple Gupteshwar in order to promote Satvik Bhog.
The participants gave good response to the competition and came to participate from far flung areas.
The competition was organised under the auspices of Acharya Hitesh Chaitanya. Dishes are cooked without using onions and garlic that surprises every one. Lecture on Satvik Bhog was also organised. About forty contestants cooked 56 Bhog dedicated to the deities. The edible Bhog Panchamrit were very delicious and participants liked relishing them.
Acharya Hitesh Chaintanya said that lecture, competition and symposiums are being organised under the Geeta Jayanti from December 12, 2016 for publicity of Indian lifestyle. The Geeta month would accomplish by organisation of grand ceremony on January 13. Religious discourses based on Bhagvatgeeta would be given. This initiative taken to make youth, women and every section of society gets diverted towards Indian Vedic lifestyle which was successful beyond expectation.
The organisers Manisha Gulati, Jyoti Sharma, Aarti Tiwari, Monika Jain and others said that this type of programme would be organised continuously so that publicity of Vedic culture would be held at large scale.
