7 trains cancelled due to fog, derailment of wagons

At least ten trains were delayed and seven cancelled on Tuesday due to dense fog in northern part of India.
Train no 12592 Raptisagar Express was cancelled from primary station on January 9 due to which train would not arriving at Bhopal station on January 11. 12721 Dakshin Express was cancelled from primary station on January 9 due to which train would not arriving at Bhopal station on January 10. 12724 Telangana Express also got cancelled from source station on January 10 and it would not be arriving at Bhopal station on January 10. Kerala Express 12626 was cancelled from source station on January 11 and it would not be arriving at Bhopal station on January 13. Sachkhand Express 12716, GT Express 12616 and 12722 Dakshin Express would remain cancelled on January 11 and 12. Some of the trains have been cancelled due to dense fog while some have been cancelled due to derailment of 16 wagons of goods train at Vihirgaon station in Maharashtra, Kazipet-Balharshah section (South Central Railway) on January 6.
Hyderabad-Nizamuddin Dakshin Express 12721 and Chennai Delhi Saray Rohil GT Express 12615 did not arrive at Bhopal station on Tuesday due to cancellation of the train from its primary station.
The derailment incident resulted into cancellation of several trains and change in route of various trains. In lack of rack availability, Nizamuddin-Hyderabad Dakshin Express 12722 and Delhi Saray Rohila-Chennai GT Express 12616 would remain cancel on January 11 and 12. Both trains would not be coming to Bhopal station on January 11 and 12.
According to reports, 16 wagons of goods train laden with coal derailed at Vihirgaon in Rajura Tehsil very close to Chandrapur district (Maharashtra). Following the incident, railway is forced to change the route of all trains departing towards South Central Railway (SCR). Repairing and cleaning work has been started at the track.
