District Collectors ordered for strict implementation of rules concerning National Anthem

In compliance to the Supreme Court’s guidelines regarding National Anthem protocol, State Government has issued order to all District Collectors regarding strict implementation of rules concerning National Anthem.
Supreme Court has asked governments make sure no one misuses National Anthem to their financial or other benefits. It shouldn’t used in way that gives serves commercial interest of any person related to it. There won’t be any dramatic version of Anthem.
Whenever and wherever it’s played, everyone there should give due respect to it compulsorily.
National Anthem or any part of it can’t be printed on anything and it wouldn’t be displayed at place, which derogatory to its esteem. Hence, whenever it’s being sang, the concept of protocol concerning to National Anthem is symbol of national identity, national integrity and constitutional patriotism.
Supreme Court has directed National Anthem must be played at Cinema Halls before beginning of movie and everyone in the hall must stand in respect.
Before beginning of anthem, all the entry-exit doors of Cinema Halls must be closed so that no one can create disturbance in between the anthem.
National Flag must be shown while playing of Anthem.
There shouldn’t be any shorter version of Anthem being played or showed.
State General Administration Department has asked the officials to send compliance report of the Supreme Court order.
