Hukumchand Narad Puraskar to Ajit Verma

The leading journalism research institution Madhav Rao Sapre Memorial Newspaper Museum for the year 2017 has announced State-level Journalism Award.
Sapre Museum Director, Dr Mangala Anuja informed that Santosh Kumar Shukla Lok Sampreshan Puraskar would be given to Mangal Prasad Mishra, while Hukumchand Narad Puraskar would be given to Ajit Verma, Editor Jailok, Jabalpur and Rakesh Dubey, Editor, Navlay Abubodh, Bhopal. The Lal Baldeo Singh Puraskar would be given to Mamta Yadav and Malhar Media.
Makhanlal Chaturvedi Award be given to Ajit Singh, Editor Naiduniya, Gwalior, Jagdish Prasad Chaturvedi Puraskar would be given to Rajesh Sharma, Dainik Bhaskar, Bhopal and for the Jhabarmal Sharma Puraskar, Journalist Praveen Dubey of Zee News has been selected. Rameshwar Guru Puraskar would be given to R S Tiwari, Managing Editor, Akshar Shilpi.
Journalist Shradha Desai has been selected for K P Narayan Award, Ved Kumar Mourya of Hari Bhumi, Richa Nema of Sandhya Prakash would be honoured with Yashwant Argare Puraskar, Prithviraj Singh Photojournalist would be honored with Homai Vyarawala Puraskar.
Rajendra Nutan Puraskar would be given to Adeshpratap Singh Bhadoria of People Samachar, Shahid Kamil of Raj Express. Harsh Pachori of Patrika would be honoured with Jagat Pathak Puraskar. Shashikant Tiwari of Navduniya to get Arugya Sudha Puraskar.
The selection committee of the prestigious award comprises of Dr Shivkumar Awasthi, Dr Ratnesh, Rakesh Dixit, Dr Rakesh Pathak and Director Dr Mangla Anuja. The objective behind this award is to encourage value-based journalism amongst young and budding talent in the field of journalism. In this award, the selected journalists will receive a Letter of Felicitation, Memento, Shawl Shreephal and a Pen.
