Collector Choudhry interacts with citizens during second phase of Nagar Uday Abhiyaan

District Collector Mahesh Chandra Choudhry along with Commissioner of Jabalpur Municipal Corporation Ved Prakash along with concern officials interacted with the citizens of Mandi Madar Tekri, Phootatal and other areas under the second phase of Nagar Uday Abhiyaan started by the State Government. Duo officers inquired on the facts related to the ground infrastructure and they inspired the
citizen to avail the benefits of Government Beneficiary Schemes.


Duo Officials under the Uday Abhiyaan directed the concern head of government officials team to execute their duties as designated to them and they were asked to give detail information related to the Government Beneficiary scheme, meant for the poor people, so that they can easily avail the benefits of same. Additional Commissioner, JMC, Gajendra Singh Nagesh informed that about 2000 beneficiaries filled the applicant form to avail benefits under the various government beneficiary schemes. He informed that State Government is running the Nagar Uday Abhiyaan, application forms of eligible beneficiary would be filled.


This process would be continued till January 6.Jabalpur Municipal Corporation is running publicity programme. Commissioner Ved Prakash informed that door-to-door survey is being conducted to identify the eligible beneficiary. Flag is being hoisted at the Government Department Building, publicity of the Uday Drive is made through the Daily News paper. Public vehicle is running in different wards to inform on the benefits of Uday Drive. Nodal Officer, Sanjay Shukla(IAS) also conducted inspection of different wards and inquired on the Survey works. He said efforts should be made in right direction, so that any eligible beneficiaries would not be leave without availing benefits.
