Agri Minister felicitates J R Dani Govt Girls School students

Agriculture Minister Brijmohan Agrawal on Thursday feted the students of J R Dani Government Girls Higher Secondary School in a felicitation function organised at campus.
Agrawal also announced funds for the infrastructural works such as solar power plant, drinking water facility, cycle stand and auditorium at the school.


In his speech, Agrawal encouraged the students by saying that every child has hidden talent; only thing needed is to identify the talent and promote. Agrawal also announced that Government will organize ‘Laika Madai’ for the school children on line of Youth Festival held every year for College Students. Class-12th topper Shreya Shukla and 2nd rank Bhuneshwari Sahu were awarded laptops by Minister. School teacher CK Verma, Hitesh Diwan, Dolly Nayak, Neeta Pawar, Kadambani Patle, JL Vankhede and LN Gabhne were also feted.


As many as 175 students were feted during the programme. Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation Chairman and MLA Devji Bhai Patel presided over the function whereas Subhas Tiwari, School Management Committee Chairman Vardhman Surana, Corporator Mahadev Nayak and District Education Officer Raipur AN Banjara graced the occasion as special guests. Devji Bhai Patel admired the girls, who excelled in sports at national level and wished them good luck. Principal Vijay Khandelwal informed about the achievements of students in field of academics, culture, literature, science and sports.
