BSNL holds seminar on on 4G services & network

A day's seminar on Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) 4 G mobile services 'Road Map of BSNL for 4G and Above mobile services and network' was organised at BRBRAITTC on Thursday.


The telecom training was organised on the occasion of platinum jubilee of this Telecom Training institute. Former Chief General Manager Dr Gopal Chandra Manna presided over the programme. Senior General Manager A K Vajpayee was special guest on the occasion.
The welcome speech was delivered by General Manager of institute Nidhi Mathur. She said that BSNL's coming 4 G services would be more beneficial for the customers. The BSNL customers would be able to avail the 4 G high speed services through out the country.


The former Chief General Manager Dr Gopal Chandra Manna appreciated the contribution of telecom training institute in the implementation of new technologies of BSNL. He added that if BSNL uses 700 Mega hertz spectrum, the coverage remains 4 field higher and better coverage in rural areas at cheaper rates remains available. This 700 Mega hertz spectrum is being utilised at Australia only.


The Senior General Manager AK Vajpayee and others also said that 4 G services contribution in providing better services to the consumers has been very important. The spokesperson M/s ZTE, Abhishek Jayasawal also provided information about different products, BSNL phase VIII (Phase 8) tender. Besides, another officer Deputy General Manager Alok Shrivastava also provided information about CR agreements with other operators in detail, through which the customers would get benefits of 4 G service.


The General Manager Inspection Circle A K Mishra, General Manager Regional Akhilesh Gupta, Deputy General Manager Vinod Dwivedi, Deputy General Manager Charu Sharma, Deputy General Manager Ajay Tiwari, Deputy General Manager Rajiv Gangwar, Internal Financial Advisor TS Pagare and other higher officials of BSNL were also present on the occasion. Divisional Engineer P K Chatterjee, J K Bachchani, Anurag Agrawal, Narmada Mishra and others contributed in organisation of programme. Gaurav Kapur conducted the programme while vote of thanks was proposed by Pankaj Rai.
