Agrawal directs bank managers to upgrade security system

Additional Superintendent of Police (City) took meeting of Bank Managers in presence of Station House Officers of various police stations at Police Control Room on Saturday.
ASP (City) Vijay Agrawal chaired the meeting in which 43 bank branch managers were present. They were directed to upgrade the security system as they were dealing with gold the need to be extra caution and any negligence would cost them dearly. The Closed Circuit Television Cameras (CCTV) installed in the banks should be active round the clock, deputing of security guards, Alarm system and sensors should be active in all the banks. It was stressed that the Character certificates of the on duty security guards should be done on regular basis. ASP (City) Vijay Agrawal informed that to ensure better security in the banks dealing with Gold loans a Security Audit will be performed starting from Monday onwards. The regional managers of bank will also be contacted and fool proof security system will be installed at all these banks.
