Urla police crack murder of 12-yr-old boy

Urla police have cracked the blind murder case in which a 12-year-old boy who had gone missing and later his body was recovered from a forest garden in Sondongri.
Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime) Ajatshatru Bahadur Singh, in presence of ASP (City) Vijay Agrawal and other police officials informed mediapersons that, four accused including two minor were arrested on charges of murder of the young boy, who went missing on the night of December 30 from Urla area and never return. His body was recovered from forest garden of Sondongri on January 2, 2017 in Kabir Nagar area. During investigation, the team of Central Crime Branch (CCB) detained the young boys who claimed to have seen the victim for last time. The detained boys informed police that Sandeep Sahu (22), resident of Sarura village Urla and Purnendra Kumar Sahu alias Khulbul Sahu (22), resident of Sarora village were involved in the murder. Police during investigation found the involvement of the two minors also. During interrogation, they accepted their crime. Police informed that all the four allegedly molested the boy ( voluntarily had carnal intercourse against the order of nature) and he was taken to the forest garden and he was allegedly killed and body was hidden in the bush. Police arrested the four youths under Section 363, 365, 377, 302, 201 and 34 of IPC as well as 4, 6 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
