ABVP demands to rollback comprehensive examination, submits memorandum

The Akhil Bhartiya Vidhyarthi Parishad (ABVP) handed over a memorandum demanding to rollback the comprehensive examination of fifth Dean Committee executed in previous year.

A memorandum was handed over to abolish this examination system to Director Education on Saturday due to which university administration had demanded time till Monday but when the students arrived at office of vice chancellor their demand was not fulfilled and exam was not cancelled. The students were compelled to appear in exam. The vice chancellor came out of the office and rushed to his car and moved out of the Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidhyalaya (JNKVV). The national agriculture wing member Dependra Singh Tomar said that when Vice chancellor had demanded the proof that such exam is not conducted in other universities and students tried to who the proof, vice chancellor went out of the office due to which the students got agitated and clocked the office and set on Dharna.

The students also demonstrated by raising slogans.
The memorandum was handed over to officiating vice chancellor and declared that if the demand is not fulfilled the colleges under the JNKVV would be closed. Neeraj Tiwari, Sonu Dhakad, Rambaran Sharma and others were also present on the occasion.
