GERMANY have not been a hugely convincing side in this FIFA U-17 World Cup, having lost to Iran 0-4 and they are not taking Colombia lightly in their round of 16 game.
“They (Colombia) made a very good team for the World Cup. They played in a very competitive group. So we are expecting a very close game tomorrow,” Germany coach Christian Wueck told reporters.

“Colombia have very fast players, very strong players and we have to give our best like we did against Guinea,” he added.
“We are looking very positive into the match, we are very happy to be in Delhi. We came from Kochi. Humidity here is not so high as compared to Kochi and Goa. So it is better for my players. That’s why we are happy to play against Colombia here,” said the German coach.
