In-charge Secretary reviews Bonus Tihar preparations on Oct 10

Additional Chief Secretary and In-charge Secretary Durg Sunil Kumar Kujur reviewed implementation of schemes conducted in various departments and progress desired against target fixed for Bonus Tihar organised on October 10. He asked to make arrangements on comprehensive level for distribution of bonus to farmers. Bonus payment should be ensured before Diwali. Taking information of ongoing district level preparations for Bonus Tihar Kujur issued necessary instructions.

Collector Umesh Kumar Agrawal apprised about ongoing preparations in the district for Bonus Tihar. Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh will distribute bonus of Rs 106 crore to 66000 farmers on October 10 at New Mandi premises on Dhamdha road.

Kujur took information of beneficiary oriented schemes conducted by departments and also took information of basic problems. Agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry and pisciculture information should be given to make them prosperous. Toilet less families should be persuaded for construction. Needy should be benefitted.

Under Pradhmantri Ujjwala Yojna only 4000 eligible beneficiaries are to be benefitted. Kujur also reviewed. Present mal nutrition level in district is 24.5% which will be brought down to 17% by March 18. He reviewed administrative preparations for paddy purchasing.
