SCIENCE and Art of Living (SAAOL), a foundation that has brought about a paradign shift in healthcare, has recently organised a ‘Heart Life Style Training Programme recently at Vidarbha Hindi Sahitya Sammelan’s Madhuram Hall, Rani Jhansi Square.
Dr Bimal Chhajer, Managing Director, Ex-Consultant, AIIMS, New Delhi, conducted the training programme.

Mayor Nandatai Jichkar inaugurated the programme. In the Heart Life Style Training programme, Dr Chhajer skope on the secrets of maintaining a perfect heart in the aspects like stress, significance of zero oil diet, meditation and Yoga and various heart rejuvenating exercises. The programme also covered fundamental knowledge of the heart that is essential for good health.

The programme bestowed attendees with procedures that are simple to follow but highly effective in maintaining a perfect heart, with no costs and certainly no cardiologists involved.
