Agriculture scientists should be skilled in IT: V-C Dr Bisen

The agriculture would be made more advanced with the accurate combination of Information Technology (IT). The agriculture scientists should be skilled in IT in this context. The research work and conveying advanced agriculture technology to peasants and to implement it, is the only target’ aforesaid views were expressed by newly appointed Vice Chancellor and Director extension services, Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidhyalaya (JNKVV) Dr Pradep Kumar Bisen while inaugurating the two days training session.

The German Project I G Zed has implemented this project with the help of Manage, Hydrabad in two districts of JNKVV.
The Nodal Officer of the German Government, Professor Syel and Nodal officer of the JNKVV, Dr Anay Ravat said that in order to associate the peasants with Krishi Vigyan Kendras working in different districts of Madhya Pradesh, the project is being started under the guidance of Director Extension Services Dr Pradep Bisen at nearby districts Balaghat and other district. Under this, 'Pro Soil' project is being implemented with the help of government of Germany by Manage Hyderabad. This project would be implemented by 'Nice' platform. The agriculture scientists would be imparted training for IT software in this context.

The Assistant Director Manage Hyderabad, Dr Manohar PL, Regional Officer Avinash Alok, GI Zed technology co ordination Himanshu and Dr Poonam, JNKVV's Dr V K Pyasi, Dr Moni Thomus, Dr Archana Pandey, Dr Anay Ravat, Dr Pramod, Dr Sidhdharth Nayak, Dr Seema Naveriya, Dr Stuti Mishra and others were also present on the occasion. The programme was implemented by Shailendra Rajak, Santosh Rajak, Yashwant Singh Rajput, Lucky Patel actively contributed in successful organisation of programme.
