Chief Minister Self Employment & Skill convention on Nov 11

Chief Minister Self Employment and Skill convention would be conducted on November 11, 2017 at Veterinary College Ground in presence of Chief Minister.


A number of beneficiaries would be given benefits of different self employment schemes. Collector Mahesh Chandra Choudhary conducted a meeting of concerned department's officers for preparation of convention. Superintendent of Police (SP) Shashikant Shukla was also present on the occasion. The Collector said that more and more beneficiaries must be provided benefits of the scheme, during the convention. The satisfaction of beneficiaries would make the convention significant. To achieve the objective of the convention, all the concerned officers should discharge their duties honestly.


Different issues related with the convention were discussed during the meeting. He stressed on participation of youth in convention. He instructed the officers of different departments to get more and more eligible beneficiaries benefited, during the convention. He said that self help groups, MDM groups participation must be ensured. He also stressed on participation of students of Polytechnic, engineering and other colleges also so that all the employment oriented department's officer presence would provide them suitable guidance for possible employment. Instruction to conduct the Agriculture and horticulture food processing etc other department's exhibition, was also given.


The General Manager Industries said that industry department would distribute loan worth Rs 67 crores amongst the beneficiaries. Likewise, other departments would also get their beneficiaries, benefited. The employment officer said that twenty two companies would arrive there to participate in convention. The complaints of public would also be registered on the spot. The people would also be able to register their complaints under Chief Minister Help Line scheme. Detailed discussion over different schemes related with programme was also conducted. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jila Panchayat Harshika Singh, Municipal Commissioner Ved Prakash, Additional Collector Chote Singh, Aditional Superintendent of Police GP Parashar, Sanjay Sahu, Rajesh Tiwari and heads of other department were also present on the occasion.
