New Divisional Commr Awasthi extends vision to deptt heads

Newly-posted Divisional Commissioner Ashutosh Awasthi chaired maiden review meeting of divisional officers of various departments. Awasthi said that monitoring of government schemes and developmental works should be done in proper manner.
During his inspection if he came across any irregularity, the officer and employees concerned would face disciplinary action.

He also directed for cent percent physical verification of various works and schemes. He directed for timely monitoring of complains registered at CM’s Helpline.
Awasthi reviewed the working of Tribal Welfare Department and said that all hostel of Sagar division should function properly. Children should get nutritious food as per the menu.

During review of School Education dDepartment, Commissioner Awasthi directed for proper management in all hostels. Under Anushuit Jati Basti Vikas Yojna, drinking water arrangement should be done. .

Commissioner Awasthi directed for monitoring of works sanctioned under School education department. Mid Day Meal should be given to students properly. The cooks should get salary on time. Schools should open on time and studies should be done properly. Further, he directed Deputy Director (Agriculture) for regular monitoring of pesticides and seed distribution should speed up.

He directed Co-operative Department officers for speeding up work of Kisan Credit Card and taking action on Chitfund companies. Awasthi directed Joint Director (Health Services) for monitoring of primary, community and Sub Health centers. In all health centers, medicines should be available.

JD (Industry) was directed for achieving the target of Muykha Mantri Yuva Udyami Yojna and Mukhyamantri Arthik Kaylan Yojna. Ayush Department officers were directed for organizing health camps. Awasthi further directed that departmental meeting should be regularly convened and concerning department officers should not make any negligence. He laid stress on the speedy redressal of complains of CM Helpline and regular review. The vacant posts of anganwadi workers and assistant should be filled. The Anganwadi centres should opened on time and children should get nutritious food. Those anganwadi which do not have any children, it would en merged with others.

Awasthi said that under Social Justice Department, no problems concerning Social Security Pension should arise. He would inspect the ‘anandashram’of Sagar city. He directed Civil Administration department for cleanliness in cities. Joint Director, Technical Education and Skill Development department for regular inspection of all ITI. Food Controller was directed for proper running of ration shops.

Awasthi directed Joint Commissioner (Development) Dr Rajesh Rai for issuing show cause notice to SE, RES, Sagar and Deputy Director(agriculture) Panna.
