JDA to organise three-day property fair

JABALPUR Development Authority (JDA) is organising a three-day property fair to sell vacant properties under various schemes in the city at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel (Gujarati Bhawan) on December 14, 15 and 16. JDA Chairman Dr Vinod Mishra informed that JDA is organising the fair to provide needed information of properties to citizens and clear their doubts at the fair only. He said people can buy different plots, shops, chambers, vacant houses under various schemes and can also get needed information about the same. He informed that JDA will provide facility of registration for EWS houses at fair only after fulfillment of required formalities while online offers will be invited for other plots and buildings. Banks and other finance companies will present at the fair to offer loan facility. He has appealed people to visit fair in large numbers and avail benefits.

Chief Executive Officer of JDA Nidhi Singh Rajput informed that people had shown great interest in purchasing properties in well organised and developed colonies during the fair organised in March. She said people will be provided with all needed information under one roof so that people could get maximum benefit. Rajput further informed that JDA is carrying out a large number of development works under its schemes. JDA is to sell its property to develop schemes. Hence, it is organising a three-day property fair to sell vacant plots, buildings, shops, EWS houses etc. She said people can take detailed information of properties and can also purchase the same at the fair. The JDA Chairman also held detailed discussions on ongoing development works under various schemes and gave necessary directions.

Those who participated in the meeting were Superintendent Engineer, D S Mishra, Executive Engineer, Anil Ambbani, Sanjay Khare, Arun Khurd, Estate Officer, J P Tripathi, Assistant Engineer, Rakesh Gupta, Ajay Nema, R N Patel, C P Dixit, Law Officer, Anil Singh and others.
