Sahakari Bank Karmachari Sangh holds seminar

SAHAKARI Bank Karmachari Sangh recently organised its seminar, under the leadership of Vasantrao Wankhede, President on November 25, at Devi Ahilya Mandir, Dhantoli.
Ashok Bhutad, General Secretary of Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) Vidarbha Region, Girish Vyas, MLC and spokesperson of Maharashtra BJP, Ghanshyamdas Kukreja, Chairman of Sadhana Sahakari Bank and Sindhu Sabha, Vijay Shahane, President of MSCB Employees Union, Chandrakant Rothe, General Secretary, Sanjay Ramde, President of Nagpur Nagrik Sahakari Bank Employees Union were prominently present. Newly elected member of the the Sangh were felicitated on the occasion.


Chandrakant Rothe, in his welcome address said, “The labour laws which have continued from 1946 must be amended as they have become outdated”. He also stressed that unions along with the workers organisations must make joint efforts to solve the problems of the employees.


Ghanshyamdas Kukreja, shed light on the day to day working of the co-operative banks. He also highlighted that co-operatives were unable to compete with the nationalised banks as some State and Central Government rules and regulations were creating hurdles in their operations. A change in rules and regulations were required he pointed out.


Girish Vyas, emphasised that by negotiations their can be solution to all problems. He also stressed on the need of having proper co-ordination with the management. He noted that unions are the bridge between employees and the management. He also expressed to discuss and solve the employees problem by talking with Labour Minister. Ashok Bhutad, elaborating the role of BMS, noted that they are always fighting for the workers problems and has succeed many times in solving them.


Prakash Dixit, Mahesh Mandlekar, Rahul Kamunwar, Laxmandas Jetani, Vilas Trivedi worked hard for the success of the programme. The programme was conducted Ramesh Ingole, while Prashant Ramteke proposed the vote of thanks. Rajesh Kanhere, Vijay Bhosle, Rajesh Lakhpati, Anupkumar Patil, Raju Yerkar, Suresh Dadure, Jayu Yerpude, Vinod Parteke, Nanik Kukreja, Harish, Reshma Metwani, Shilpa Mane, Pankaj Gajbiye, Neha Makheja, Raksha Panjwani, Anita Medpalliwar, Prashant Mohitkar, Jayant Admane, Pramod Fulbandhe, Sunil Vinchurkar, Mahendra Devikar, Shyam Matlani, Prashant Dahake, Vijay Gharote, Dinesh Chapke, Namdev Kolhatkar, Ashok Khatwani, Gendlal Ghongle, Shyam Shapurkar and others were present.
