JDA’s FTS will help beneficiaries: Dr Mishra

An important monthly meeting of Jabalpur Development Authority (JDA) was organised to discuss various significant issues, on Tuesday. Chairman Dr Vinod Mishra chaired the meeting.

Addressing senior officials and employees, he said File Tracking System (FTS) being introduced in the Authority will help beneficiaries in tracking their files easily. The beneficiaries need not wait unnecessarily for searching their files. Now, they would know the whereabouts of their files and name of concerned officials. He said concerned employees would have to prepare file of concerned case at the Single Window only no sooner they get complaint/application from beneficiaries.

CEO Nidhi Singh Rajput informed the meeting that the Authority is working excellently. She informed that needed software for proper execution of File Tracking System has already been developed. She urged officials and employees to work properly and discharge their responsibilities honestly so that the Authority could provide maximum benefits to its beneficiaries. She also asked the officials to redress people’s complaints timely. She further informed that the JDA is working fast to ensure complete computerization of the Authority’s works. All needed computer software have already been developed and cases have been computerized. She said concerned officials are also working on holidays too to complete computerization work early.

CEO Rajput further said the information of applications which are considered under Time Limit would be tracked through File Tracking System and for that the employees would have to prepare file of the case as soon as they receive the same at Single Window from concerned beneficiary. It would help redressing the case within fixed time limit.

Later, Chairman, Dr Mishra sought detailed information of efforts being made to protect the saplings which were planted during mega plantation drive in various schemes of the Authority. Dr Mishra directed Incharge of Schemes so see that plants are protected properly. He also asked to replace the plants if they get dried. Those present were Superintendent Engineer, D S Mishra, Executive Engineer, Anil Ambbani, Arun Khurd, Assistant Engineer, S N Bhele and others.
