Govt to bear all expenses for training in Bengaluru
and Coimbatore

To keep Government servants happy, the State Government had about two years ago formed a separate Government department ‘Anand Department’ to have various activities under it.

When the Government introduced some residential training programmes for Government officers and employees at Isha Foundation in Coimbatore and Sri Sri Ravishankar’s institute at Bangalore, the Government servants displayed their interest to undergo training to be happy in the life. Madhya Pradesh is the first such state that has formed a separate department for Anand activities to keep its Government servants happy at the workplace. However, the date of sending Government servants on training has not yet been fixed but the Rajya Anand Sanstha will do it soon.

According to information, the Government thinks the its servants work in tension so they must have such tips that can release their work tension at home or office so that their working capacity be increased. It is the reason why different type of training programmes to keep the Government servants pleased will be soon. Rajya Anand Sanstha has the responsibility of ensuring training for Anand to the Government servants. It has tied up with two prestigious institutes working for keeping up people pleased in Coimbatore and Bangalore for years.

It is learnt that the Government will bear all expense of the Government servants’ training out of the state. The budget for Anand activities is said to have been sanctioned to all Government departments but first time, the Rajya Anand Sanstha will pay the Government servants’ training charges to the institutes in Bangalore and Coimbatore said to be more than Rs 20,000 per trainee and then will get the same amount from the department concerned. The reason said to do it is that in sanctioning and paying institutes the training charges may get more time.

The Anand Department will send State Government servants in batches of 100. Many phone calls are received by Anand Institute to enquire about the training and they want to know the process of applying for the training. When contacted, Praveen Gangrade, Director, Rajya Anand Sanstha, said the Government servants show more interest in getting Anand training. Many phone calls and applications are reaching there. First we will pay the training fees then we will get it from the department concerned, he said.
