Swachhta models, banners remain centre of attraction

Models and banners carrying messages of Mission Clean City and Clean Village remain centre of attraction for the visitors at the dome of Urban Administration and Development Department and Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Government of Chhattisgarh at Rajyotsava on day three, on Friday.


The officials and staff of the department, it seems have left no stone unturned, to give a clear message through different models and banners like Mission Clean City, Raipur Smart City, Inter State Bus Terminal (ISBT), Working Women Hostel at Fundher, Airport Highway, Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation, Flyover Maharanapratap Chowk Bilaspur, BLC and AHP.


In addition, models and banners displayed in the dome highlight Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana, Nal Jal Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana, State Rural Livelihood Mission, MNREGA and State Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural) of the Rural and Panchayat Development Department. 
College/school students and people from different walks of life are visiting the domes with inquisitiveness. Officials and staff of the department present in the dome replied to all queries coming to them from the visitors.


A student said, “I and my friends had a learning experience about different schemes and programmes of the Urban Administration and Development Department and Panchayat and Rural Development Department under one roof. Never before, we had heard about such schemes of the State Government.”
Local artists are also sending the message of cleanliness through their artistic moves in Rajyotsava.
