Convention of confederacy of State women lawyers held

convention of Confederacy of State women lawyers was organised at Silver Jubilee Hall, on Thursday. Addressing the programme, Senior Judge of Madhya Pradesh High Court Justice Atul Shridharan said that advocates should give proper attention on describing facts in cases related to bail, criminal cases or petition for appeal, case of Section 482 related petition should give proper details completing pleading like Civil Cases so that judges can clearly develop their point to decide. Majority it came to notice that advocates file their petitions without proper facts as criminal case and that makes their case weak, he added.

At the outset, Justice Atul Shridharan and other guests including Madhya Pradesh High Court Bar Association President, Senior Advocate of High Court, Adarsh Muni Trivedi, District Bar Association President R K Singh Saini, ATARI Chairman, Udyan Tiwari, High Court former Vice-President, K K Pandey, Shailendra Gangarde were welcomed by confederacy of State Women Lawyers, State President, Neelam Goyal, Director, Hemlata Kshtriya, High Court Bar Member, Ashish Tiwari, Pushpendra Dubey, Gopal Jaiswal, Neelu Tai Lokhande, Saroj Tiwari, Sarita Tiwari, Peeti
