It’s a clear indication of threats which people overlook, only for a perfect click. The girl had fallen into the Upper Lake on Saturday afternoon but was rescued with the help of divers and locals present at the spot. The incident surfaced when the video of that girl went viral on social media on Monday.

The 17-year-old minor identified as Shivangi Sharma had come with her friends to the spot for excursion.
However, while posing for the selfie at the railing she lost her balance and fell into the water. The water was not that deep and she managed to stand in it and the locals pulled her up with the help of a rope which the girl had tied at her waist.

The depth of water near the spot has claimed several lives in the past and it was a chance that she fell away from it. Later, police also reached the spot but no case was registered in this incident and the girl was let to go with her parents after giving a piece of advice to be cautious from next time.

The spot has been infamous as a suicide point in the past as well but committing suicide and making blunders are two separate things as in this incident it was mistake of teen girl which put her life in trouble.
