Ensure bonfire at hospital premises for patients, relatives: Collector

VIEWING to constantly plummeting mercury, Collector Mahesh Chandra Choudhary directed district hospital administration to ensure provision of bonfire at hospital premises for patients and their family members. He was addressing the meeting of Rogi Kalyan Samiti of District Hospital (Victoria Hospital).
During the meeting he also stressed the need of provision of quilts in sufficient amount to patients. While acclaiming the noble gesture of Sanghavi Charitable Trust for providing quilts to the patients, he said such efforts must be encouraged.
He asked concerned officials to ensure further improvement in cleanliness arrangements within hospital premises. He also asked the officials to see that patients should not face problems related to X-Ray.


Choudhary said senior officials must pay special attention to the same. He also asked senior officials of Public Works Department to complete the under construction work of district hospital building early.


Chief Medical and Health Officer, Dr Murli Agrawal informed the meeting that the dearth of X-Ray films is resolved and district hospital is now having the films in sufficient number. He further informed that the hospital administration has purchased quilts of Rs one lakh provided by Red Cross Society.


Civil Surgeon, Dr A K Mishra and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.
