Munshi’s book ‘Sirf Nakshe Kadam Rah Gaye’ released

Shyam Munshi’s book ‘Sirf Nakshe Kadam Rah Gaye’ was not only the documents of city people rather the documents of Bhopal’s history, love, communal harmony, observed by Santosh Chaubey, Chancellor, AISECT university who is well-known litterateur after releasing his book at State Museum, on Saturday. Speaking on this occasion he termed Shyam Munshi’s book as a historical document with testimonies, containing social and cultural aspects.

On this occasion, Shyam Munshi read some parts of his book. The author has mentioned Bhopal before 1956 that is must to know everybody. City’s language, identity and culture may be seen in the book.

Well-known Hindi poet Rajesh Joshi said, the book written by Shyam Munshi cited interesting chats of the city’s well-known personalities from which Bhopal is known. City’s everything was mentioned in the book.
Noted novelist Manjoor Ehteshaam said, the writer produced city and its people very interestingly and beautifully so it forced reader to read the whole book.

Iqbal Masood, well-known Urdu novelist, Dinesh Rai, Manohar Varma also expressed their views on Munshi’s book. Ramprakash Tripathi conducted the programme. On this occasion, Vinay Upadhya, Mahendra
Gagan, Balram Gumashta, Mukesh Varma and others were present there prominently.
