It is important for students with a desire and passion to crack the IIT-JEE exam to choose the right coaching institute to pursue their dreams. Taking this into account, Elements Education has been launched with its unique teaching methodology. With a rich experience of teaching, the three young founders of Elements Education have mentored numerous IIT-JEE passouts in the past while working at reputed institutes like Bansal Classes, Kota and IIT Home.
“Our philosophy is to teach using an interactive, two-way communication techniques where students learn basic concepts centred around day to day life and real life examples in a fun manner,” said Akshay Dandge, Director of Elements Education while talking with The Hitavada. He is a B.E in Electronics from RCEOM. He teaches Mathematics to the students. “Students will enjoy learning in the classroom at Elements,” he added.

Mukul Aggarwal, Director of Elements Education is a B.E from NSIT, Delhi and teaches Physics. “Teaching is an art. We have learnt the art of teaching when we were working with some of the best coaching institutes at Kota,” he said. “Equipped with the latest teaching techniques and matchless methodology our students will come out with flying colours and give stellar results in the IIT-JEE exam,” he said. Elements has prepared a unique question bank which will gradually make students solve questions higher than the IIT-JEE levels. Students will be one level above the IITs. It will help students solve questions in a natural way.

Himanshu Singh, Director at Elements Education is a Chemical Engineer from VNIT and teaches Chemistry. “We want all the students to be on the same level. Nobody should be left behind in learning a subject. In this way there will be no learning gap between students within the class. They will be encouraged to think and try something new,” he pointed out.

Another novel idea is the work book concept developed at the institute which will conduct a daily subject paper. Elements Education has started taking admissions for Std XI and Std XII. It will be taking entrance exam for Std XII on April 15. For details interested may contact Elements situated near Coffee House Square, Dharampeth.
