Aadishilp Mela starts at Gauhar Mahal

Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of india Ltd (TRIFED) organised Aadishilp Mela at Gauhar Mahal from
Friday to March 26 from 12 noon to 9 pm. Aadishilp is organised every year at Bhopal in Gauhar Mahal and this year it is being organised during March 17 to March 26. This time around 30 artisans from different States namely Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Odisha, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh have came with their unique craft items for sale. The major craft items are Tribal jewellery from HP, Black Potter from Manipur, Bamboo Craft from Chhattisgarh, Saura Paintings from Odisha and gift items from Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh and Textile from Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of india Ltd (TRIFED) is mainly engaged in providing marketing platform to tribal artisans by sourcing their handicraft items directly without involvement of any middle man. These sourced items are marketed directly to the consumers through our won showrooms established all over India in the name of TRIBES INDIA. Apart from this, we organise many exhibitions and meals to promote their craft items and Aadishilp is one of them.
All the items are unique and are normally not available in the market of Bhopal as well as other melas organised by
different organisations. Therefore, it is good opportunity for art lovers to visit Gauhar Mahal and have a feel of the ethnic crafts of India. This Aadishilp Mela will be continued till March 26 from 12 noon to 9 pm.
