Business without principles is a sin: Banwarilal Purohit

Mall Constructions celebrated its continous 25 years service by organising a grand function on Sunday. The function was attended by luminaries from the region. Banwarilal Purohit, Governor of Assam and Meghalaya was the chief guest on the occasion. The dais was shared by Ajay Sancheti, Rajya Sabha Member, Girish Gandhi, ex MLC, Satyanarayan Nuwal, Chairman of Solar Industries, Architect A B Dongre, D R Mall, partner Mall Constructions. “Mall Constructions has been the role model for other business companies of the region,” said Banwarilal Purohit. Shedding light on the Mahatma Gandhi’s book ‘Young India’, Purohit emphasised, “Business without principles is sin. In every business and even in social life also, one who adheres to ethics and principles is bound to success,” he said.


Purohit also congratulated Mall Constructions and its young and old generations for their contribution in nation building. “The real values and culture of the country is that the old generation transfers its ethics and principles to the coming generation and the new generations also follow in the footsteps of its elders,” Purohit said. He insisted there must be transparency, and no compromise on the quality of work, then everyone is bound to succeed in their endeavour. He also noted that every individual is the trustee of his family and each one must carry out his duty towards his family taking the Indian culture ahead. Appreciating the work done by the Mall Constructions in construction sector with values, principles and timely completion, Purohit said, “If each one follow the same path in their respective field, no one can stop India from becoming the Vishvaguru.” He also requested the august gathering to give their contribution in nation building.


Ganesh Vandana was presented by Meenakshi Damani. V K Jain, one of the partners of the company made the welcome speech. D R Mall shared the walk-through of the past 25 years. “We three (D K Mall, V K Jain and Ajay Damani) while working with Simplex Concrete Piles, one day at a tea table decided to launch our own company, 25 years ago. With co-operation, mutual understanding, quality, commitment and timely deliverance, we are marching ahead,” he said. Mall also declared an ex-gratia of Rs 50 lakh for the employees of the company. He also announced building of mutual fund to assist the wards of the employees for the higher education.

Ajay Mall elaborated the future plans of the company. Ajay Sancheti, Satyanarayan Nuwal, Girish Gandhi and A B Dongre also appreciated the hard and dedicated work of the company.
