Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal visits Udyog Swarozgar Vyapar Mela

UNION Minister of State for Finance Arjun Ram Meghwal visited Udyog Swarozgar Vyapar Mela being organised under initiative of Mahakoshal Chamber of Commerce and Industries (MCCI) for encouragement of youngsters towards establishment of self-employment and promotion of existing businessmen.

Special guests on the occasion were former Cabinet Minister Ajay Vishnoi, Central Excise and Service Tax, Chief Commissioner P K Agrawal, Joint Commissioner Jagmohan and MADA President Kailash Gupta were special guests, while MCCI President Ravi Gupta presided over the programme.

Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister of State Arjun Ram Meghwal termed the organisation of fair significant for fulfilling the motive of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for exploring new employment opportunities for youngsters and materialising the concept of ‘Make in India’.

Thereafter, artists of Modi Dance Group performed colourful cultural programmes and provided complete entertainment to the visitors on fifth day of the fair.

Shankar Nagdev informed that a model hunt show would be organised during the fair on May 12 for providing a platform to youngsters. Interested candidates may register their names at stall number-13 of IIFT in B-Dome to ensure their participation in the model hunt show. He added that on sixth day of the fair, first phase of Jabalpur’s Got Talent would be organised on the basis of India Got Talent show for providing a platform to hidden talents of artists in Jabalpur.

Eminent personalities of the city including Rajesh Chandok, Shantibhai Patel, Hemraj Agrawal, Yuvraj Jain, Subodh Jain, Ashok Bupta and others were specially present.
