Carrot Punch

To make: 6 servings.

Ingredients:
200 ml carrot juice
500 ml sweet/club soda
80 ml sugar syrup
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp lime juice cordial
4 tsp honey
For Garnishing;
crushed ice

Method:

01. Mix together all ingredients. Stir and mix gently.
02. Chill for an hour or so.
03. Serve in tall glasses garnished with crushed ice.


Chilled Lemon Tea

To make: 2 servings.

Ingredients:
1 cup lightly brewed tea
100 ml lemon drink
Few lemon peels, grated
For Garnishing:
Few ice cubes
Few lemon slices

Method:

01. Mix together all the ingredients.
02. Chill for an hour or so.
03. Pour in tall glasses, add ice cubes and serve with garnishing of lemon slices.

 


Melon Ginger Cocktail

To make: 2 Servings.

Ingredients:
3 cups small cubed water melon pieces
1 cup water
1" ginger (adrak) piece, crushed
½ cup sugar
3 tbsp rose syrup
2 tbsp lime juice
Pinch of salt
For Garnishing:
Few thin ginger slices


Method:

01. Liquidise melon piece, water and crushed ginger.
02. Strain the liquid, discard the residue.
03. Add to strained liquid all other ingredients, stir and mix lightly.
04. Chill for an hour or so.
05. Serve in wine glasses with garnishing of ginger slices.
