Raising the voice against demand for minimum wages for the labourers working organised and unorganised sectors, National Vice –President of Indian National Trade Union of Congress (Youth Wing) Sunny Agrawal has urged the state government for strict implementation of labour law in the state.


Addressing to gathering in Bastar region on Labour Day, INTUC National Vice –President Sunny Agrawal said that state government is overlooking the benefit of labourers working in organized and unorganized sectors. He alleged that labourers are denied of minimum wages in various industrial units because lack of proper implementation of labour law. He alleged that state government is not paying attention to take action against the industrial units who are violating safety norms as past few months many labourers death have been reported.


INTUC National Vice- President Sunny Agrawal alleged that state government is hand in glove with the industrialists, as labourers are denied compensation during any industrial mishap. Present during the occasion were Phulabai Netam, Deepak Karma. Kawashi Lakma, Mohan Markam and other senior leaders of the Congress.
