VIA LEW members visit MGIRI, Wardha

VIA Lady Entrepreneurs’ Wing (LEW) had recently visited Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Rural Industrialisation (MGIRI), Wardha to celebrate MSME Day. MGIRI, Wardha is a national institute under Ministry of MSME, Government of India.
A delegation of VIA LEW members were invited for celebration of MSME Day on June 27.


On the occasion, an inter division performance based competition was organised amongst various departments of the organisations.


Management and System Division of MGIRI felicitated women entrepreneurs of LEW Shachi Mallik, Chairperson LEW; Reeta Lanjewar, Secretary; past chairpersons of the Wing Neelam Bowade, Chitra Parate, Prafulata Rode and Vandana Sharma by giving them certificate, memento, shawl and shreefal.
The lady entrepreneurs are using digital marketing techniques imparted by MGIRI. Pragati Gokhale, Principal Scientific Officer of MGIRI explained in detailed about digital marketing and website development.


She also motivated and advised the members to involve themselves into any economic activities and avail the training provided by experts at MGIRI.
Many entrepreneurs had come from the various parts of India and shared their success stories with all the invitees.
They told how MGIRI played an important role in developing them as an entrepreneur.
Exhibition was also organised by MGIRI to display various products made by entrepreneurs.
It was a great opportunity for all entrepreneurs to meet and learn new things from each other. MGIRI provided a good platform to all the invited entrepreneurs during the visit.
