Aadhaar number must for appellants during Jansunwai: Collector Choudhary

Complainants and appellants will have to mention their Aadhaar unique identification number and contact number to register their complaint during Jansunwai. Complaints to be received during Jansunvai will be linked with CM Helpline for their disposal on priority basis.
Collector, Mahesh Chandra Choudhary said this while chairing a review meeting of time-limit letters at collectorate meeting hall, on Monday.


Addressing the meeting, Collector directed the officers of agriculture related departments for installing grievance boxes for collecting problems of farmers pertaining to loan, land record, map, duplicate copy, revenue related problems and pulses procurement process. District officer and block level officers will redress the officers on priority basis. He also directed for mentioning Adhar unique identity number in applications to be received during Jansunvai and registering it on CM Helpline portal.It was informed that Samadhan Online Programme would be held on first Tuesday every month through video conference from Bhopal, at 4 pm.

Officers should promptly redress complaints or solving their queries as earliest.Collector department wire reviewed the time limit letters and gave necessary directions to the officers of concerned departments.

Revenue offices should ensure cleanliness arrangements near religious places and constitute trusts of temples lands. He informed that the sand seized from illegal excavations and transportation will be auctioned through Panchayats and Chief Executive Officers of Janpad Panchayats should be contacted for the same. Seized sand stock will be available for construction works being carried out under MNREGA.DFO, Vincent Raheem provided information about process of documents of mega plantation held in the district on July 2.
