National President of Bharatiya Janata Party Amit Shah is coming on three-day tour of State capital from August 18 onwards. BJP leaders and workers are excited about his tour and are doing necessary preparations in this regard.

During his stay in State capital, Amit Shah would acquaint himself about the functioning of party in State and will also apprise himself about various issues of party. Amit Shah is going to hold parleys with senior party leaders and party’s office-bearers.

Amid the excitement about the visit of Amit Shah, some leaders are also perturbed as Shah is likely to assess the performance of party as well as party leaders and workers. It is most likely that Amit Shah may also delve into the issue of farmers protest and Mandsaur firing incident as these issues have affected the party’s image adversely even at national level.

A senior party leader, pleading anonymity, told ‘The Hitavada’ that during his three day visit, Amit Shah will organise meetings of different bodies of party. He will hold meetings with party MLAs, Members of Parliament, Cabinet ministers, core committee members, different cells of party organisation etc.

In crux he is going to meet every one from party during the three day stay in Bhopal. Moreover, Amit Shah will also inspect the innovations being done by the party in Madhya Pradesh. In this regard, he is going to inspect IT Cell of party. He wants party to be prepared in robust manner from now onwards for the upcoming assembly elections 2018. “The main aim of his three-day visit to state capital is to know the pulse of the party in Madhya Pradesh,” said a BJP leader. It is most likely that Amit Shah may ask party leaders to work on some more innovative ways to further strengthen itself in state.
