Three wanted Naxals arrested

Three wanted outlaws were arrested during patrolling by 44th Battalion of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) under Mohla police station here on Monday.


According to the report, ITBP battalion was on patrolling in Bhainsbod, Rajadera, Ramgarh, Parvidih and Pardi forest. Meanwhile, police got information that the accused under Chhattisgarh Special Public Security Act were living in their houses.


The accused were identified as Satyawan Boga, son of late Padu Ram Boga, resident of Pardi, Prem Singh, son of Mangia Ram, resident of Pardi, Devi Lal son of Samaru Ram, resident of Ramgarh.


Security forces took them into custody and brought to Mohla police station. During interrogation, the accused revealed that they had cut off trees to stop movement of traffic at Kaneri square. Accused Satyawan Boga had carried a permanent warrant against him.
