CITI scan machine in JP Hospital: Khade

DISTRICT Collector Sudama Khade, on Thursday, paid his first visit to District JP Hospital to check services given to patients, specially he checked OPD for swine flu patients, sick newborn Care Unit (SNCU) and other wards. Collector briefed about the upcoming projects as in coming days CITI scan machine will be installed at JP Hospital on PPP mode by having agreement with private hospitals.

Health Department has decided to install CITI scan machine at all district hospitals in PPP mode. In this connection, the Madhya Pradesh Medical Corporation has also issued tenders to CITI scan machine.

Collector remained at the hospital for about two hours and asked patients about hospitals’ services, later he met Dr Ik Chug, Civil Surgeon of Hospital and other doctors to know about what services are given to the patients and what lacks there.He saw dialysis facility, special OPD for swine flu patients, ICU and some other wards. Besides, he saw the sanitation and cleanliness in hospital.

Sudama Khade expressed satisfaction over services in JP Hospital. There were some more senior officers of the distict administration with collector. Dr Ik Chug, Civil Surgeon of JP Hospital said, it was first visit of Collector Sudama Khade was satisfied with the hospital services.
