Campaign against Chinese goods begins

Rashtriya Swadeshi Suraksha Abhiyan started its campaign against Chinese goods with the blessings of chief pujari of Swaminarayan mandir, Nandanvan, here. A booklet ‘Chunauti’ based on challenges posed by China and our responsibility, was released by the priest. He said that awareness on swadeshi is the need of the hour and extended best wishes for the campaign.


He also shared his experiences of working with the chief of Swaminarayan sect, who always emphasised use of indigenous goods. He also propagated thee concept through Akshardham temples established all over the country.


Under the campiagn the organisation will make fforts to reach 44,000 families in Nandanvan. Information about Chinese trade in India, quality of their products and adverse effect on Indian busines houses will be spread among the masses.


China has also posed challenge on our borders, which is condemnable. By boycotting Chinese products its economy can be affected. The campaign will be undertaken upto August 20.


President of Nandanvan unit Amit Bajpayee, Vice-president Ravindra Maitre, Ganesh Charlewar, Aanket Gavankar, Amol Mahajan, Dnyaneshwar Hadke, Dinesh Yeole and others were present.
