BJP President Kaushik meets party workers

Bharatiya Janata Party President Dharamlal Kaushik on Tuesday met with party workers and office-bearers, who had come from various party of the state at the BJP state head-quarters Kushabhau Thakre parisar. During the meeting Kaushik enquired about the party activities going in their respective areas apart from information about the agricultural developments, availability of seeds and fertilizers, etc.

Those who met with the BJP State President include Sadar Qazi Haji Gulam Mustafa and Naib Sadar Haji Hanif Heena, from Anjum Islamia Committee, Kanker; Haji Wali Mohammed State Secretary BJP Minorities’ Cell, Secretary Hamid Babu, Member Haji A Mamood Bhai, Mohammed Shabbir Rangrez, BJP Kanker District President Haldhar Sahu, District Secretary Salik Ram Sahu, Treasurer Rajkumar Fabyani. Also met were Anil Pandey from Tilda, Bhatapara MLA Shivratan Sharma, APEX Bank Chairman Ashok Bajaj, Surajpur District President Ramkripal Sahu amongst others.

Meanwhile, a significant meeting was called by Bharatiya Janata Party Raipur district unit at Ekatma Parisar, wherein, guidelines for the future programmes were given. Accordingly, it was decided to pay floral tributes to all great personalities and freedom fighters at their statues at different parts of the city on August 9. Also on the occasion of Kranti Diwas, a torch procession will be taken out in the evening from Ekatma Parisar which will culminate at Jaistham chowk while passing through Sharda chowk, Azad chowk, Satti Bazaar, Sadar Bazaar, Kotwali chowk and Malviya Road.

From August 10 to August 13, Tiranga Yatra will be taken out from all mandals and a cultural programme will be organized at Muktakash Manch on August 13 where Chief Minister
Dr Raman Singh will be present as Chief Guest. On August 14, Bharat Mata Chowk on Gudiyari Kota Road will be dedicated to the people by the Chief Minister.
