CM campaigns for local body polls

CHIEF Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is doing whirlwind tour of poll bound local bodies in State and is seeking votes for party candidates. On Tuesday, CM did hectic canvassing in Alirajpur and Jhabua districts.

CM addressed public rallies in Alirajpur, Bhabra, Jobat and Ranapur of Jhabua district. In his speeches, CM recounted various public welfare decisions taken by his Government and urged voters to vote for party candidate for better development of their locality. On this occasion, Minister of State Antar Singh Arya, Former Minister Ranjana Baghel and other BJP workers were also present.Chouhan said students’ dreams will be fulfilled. Government will give shape to their dreams to connect them with mainstream of society. Arrangements for higher education has been done for students of SC, ST, OBC and minorities and even poor children coming from general category.

No effort will be left to shape the youths career. BJP State President Nandkumar Singh Chouhan focused on canvassing in Betul district. In his speech, Chouhan made a scathing attack on Congress and said that, Congress has reached into ICU. He tried to woo voters by counting various public welfare schemes of State Government and centre. Notably, 44 local bodies are going to elect their new representatives on August 11.
