BJP’s Shivratan Sharma says Punia is seeing – ‘Mungerilal ke hasin sapne

Terming the statement given by AICC General Secretary and Chhattisgarh Congress In-charge P L Punia that Congress will be targeting Mission 90 during the forthcoming Assembly elections scheduled next year, as nothing by day-dreaming, Bharatiya Janata Party State Spokesperson Shivratan Sharma said the Congress In charge is seeing – ‘Mungerilal ke hasin sapne’. Sharma said it is better for the faction ridden Congress to get focused on Mission-19 rather than on Mission-90.

Sharma said during its show in Kurud, factionalism ruled the roost and had been a major disappointment for the Congress party workers. Large number of party workers who were waiting to welcome Punia at Bhakhara, failed to do so as his convoy didn’t stop there.

Former Kurud MLA Lekhram Sahu, who was reluctant to attend the function, reached there after much persuasion while the former Nagar Panchayat President and senior Congress leader from the area was conspicuously absent.

The BJP State Spokesperson asked Punia whether the Indian National Congress will be apologizing to the people of Chhattisgarh for inflicting a fake Tribal on the State. He said the negative politics unleased by the Congress during the tenure of former Chief Minister Ajit Jogi has set a precedence that a State Government shouldn’t be like this.

Sharma further added that the BJP Government led by Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh had given more rights to gram panchayats but Puniya in order to buy lost grounds for Congress is making incorrect statement.

Sharma further said former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi used to state that of the Re 1 issued by centre, only 15 paise reaches to the ground-level, but the PM Modi by giving a leakage proof government has proved that this 85 per cent corruption can be stopped if there is will.
