Meet held to discuss CM’s visit to Sagar on 14th

In view of visit of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to Sagar on September 14, a meeting was held to discuss preparations for his visit. Collector, Sagar Alok Kumar Singh chaired the meeting held at auditorium of Collectrate.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. would arrive on September 14 at 12 noon at Khurai to attend function for distribution of money of Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme.


Collector Singh informed that this program would be organized on grand scale and Rs 207 crores would be distributed among 1,04,000 farmers. In view of large attendance of gathering, arrangements have to be made for food, water, to and fro of people and others.
Collector Singh informed that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan would perform bhoomipujan and public dedication of developmental works worth Rs 500 crore. This work includes public dedication of Khurai-Beena bypass. All departmental heads have been asked to set up exhibition of departmental schemes.


The Collector asked for arranging buses to bring people to the function and sending them back to their area. No negligence would be tolerated in any work concerning the preparations.
The Collector asked bankers to ensure that funds of Crop Insurance Scheme is transferred in accounts of beneficiaries without any delay.

He said that he has received information that some bankers have still not transferred the insurance amount in accounts of some SC,ST beneficiaries. An FIR would be lodged against the bankers for the delay. The beneficiaries have to reach venue at 10 am and on Sept 14 vehicles going to venue of Chief Minister programme would not have to pay toll tax.


Additional Collector Dinesh Shrivastava also issued instruction for the preparations.
This meeting was attended by MLA, Naryawali Pradeep Laria, District BJP President Raja Dubey, Shailash Kesarwani also held discussion for preparations.
Muncipal Commissioner Anurag Verma, CEO, district panchayat Chandrashekhar Shukla, Joint collector DP Dwivedi, City Magistrate Avinash Rawat and officers attended the meeting.
