CREDAI’s property expo from Oct 13

CREDAI Nagpur Metro, the apex real estate developer’s representative body in Nagpur has announced its 8th property expo to be held from October 13 to October 15, 2017 at Naivedhyam Hall, opposite NIT Swimming Pool, North Ambazari Road. At present, it has a membership of around 250 builders which is increasing day by day.


Addressing a press conference, Vishal Agrawal, Convenor of 8th Property Expo 2017 Committee said, CREDAI Nagpur Metro links private real estate developers to the Government and customers through numerous initiatives and activities. The code of conduct laid down for its members provides clear guidelines for developers to serve their customers in an ethical and transparent manner.


“After RERA comes in force, it is the first property exhibition to be organised by the Association where sanctioned properties which are complied with RERA will be displayed. The exhibition will have around 60 stalls where top real estate developers will showcase their latest properties from different locations in and around the city,” he said.


The expo will allow the visitors to choose from array of options from residential flats to duplexes. The entry is free and timings for the exhibition are 11 am to 9 pm. The visitors will have an option to visit stalls set up for financial companies offering housing finance on spot. The event is organised every year to bring potential buyers and real estate developers on single platform wherein the USP will be transparency and value packages.


“In this 8th edition of property expo sanctioned projects which are RERA complied will be showcased,” said Shrikant Oke.
“There will be more than 10,000 visitors during the three-day expo. Property over Rs 15 lakh will be showcased,” he said.
Vijay Singh Thakur, Ashok Chandak, Avinash Prasad from ICICI Bank, Vishal Agrawal, Nitin Jhawar from HDFC Bank, Raj Mahadik from HDFC Bank, Pratish Gujarati, Anil Nair, President of CREDAI Nagpur Metro, Gaurav Agarwala, Shashikant Gosawi and others were present.
