As at State headquarter level the Government is signing pacts with the private players in different sectors for job placement. There are certain conditions related to package committed and delivered along with other perks as per law in the salary. After this the government is holding
such drives. Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Coordinator, SL Kori says that in September 2017 again with the ISDE Private Limited we would be organizing a mega placementdrive with the Indian Technical Training Institute for youths in Jabalpur.

In this drive various placements would be made in technical side. He said for the placement the joint initiatives are being created on mutual consent of government institutions and organisations. The mediation by government agencies is acting like platform to share the information of availability of job and job seekers. Dr Arun Shukla, Regional Coordinator, Vivekanand Career Guidance Scheme at Lead College Mahakoshal Government Arts and Commerce College opined that the idea of holding career guidance and placement drives involving government institutions for technical and non-technical placements have created a trust amongst aspirants over placement agency and institution both. Simultaneously it also reduced the drop out rate of placements. As the agencies coming for placement were delivering to selected person what committed to the institutions before participation.
