Residents start repair of road by themselves

A group of social workers have taken initiative to repair main road connecting Jai Stambh Square to Government College. On this main road, various potholes have formed in previous months and causing trouble for students and local residents of colonies connected to this road. In order to provide relief to the public from poor condition of cement concrete road, a group of social workers led by M L Chawke, Manish Mishra and Moti Nagpure have collected funds on their and started working for leveling of potholes.


It may be mentioned that the Municipal Council has constructed a cement concrete road connecting Jai Stambh via Shankar Talab to Rampayali road. Which was damaged badly in long period of time and lack of maintenance and excess use. Due to damaged roads the students, local residents and passer byes are facing problems.


Students and citizen keeping view on solving problem have take initiative and under the leadership of ML Chawke, Manish Mishra, Moti Nagpure and others have collected money and started filling and levelling, repairing of potholes to ensuring continence and road safety for the students, citizen. The work by social workers with support of some aware citizen proving safe for all using this road.
