CAPS celebrates Teacher’s Day, Foundation Day with enthusiasm

On the occasion of Teacher’s Day and Foundation Day, Central Academy of Professional Studies (CAPS), one of the leading institutes for CA, CS, CMA and XI-XII coaching in Central India, celebrated the day with great enthusiasm on September 5 at Vasantrao Deshpande Hall, Civil Lines. It was their 26th Foundation Day.


The programme started with introductory remarks by the Founder Director CA P H Mitkary who briefed all the students on how the team of CAPS was formed to fulfill a greater motive of betterment for CA education in Central India in 1992.


CA B C Bhartia, National President of CAIT was the chief guest and enlighten the students on being dedicated to their studies. “Your hardwork during this teenage will lead you to live a better life in future,” Bhartia said. He also explained the importance of teacher’s role in moulding one’s professional career.


CA Sandeep Jotwani, Chairman, Nagpur Branch of ICAI was in the chair. He briefed the students on how CAPS has played an important role in his achievements. He also addressed them on importance of goal and articleship in a student’s life. Meritorious students and all India toppers were felicitated by the guests on the occasion. Also present on the dais were CA D G Sharma, founder Director of CAPS and Dr P M Salwan.


CA Pawan Sarda co-ordinated the event and Virag Mitkary and Rupesh Jarode headed the management and administration teams respectively. The formal function was followed by cultural evening wherein many students showcased their talent in the form of melodious songs, spectacular dances, skits and drama etc. The teachers of CAPS were felicitated by the students who expressed their gratitude and love towards them.
