Kailash Satyarthi Foundation will organise a rally in Bhopal in the month of October against child sexual abuse . Two-day rally is likely to witness participation from activist all over the country and will be organised at Lal Parade ground.  This rally will be organised under Bharat Yatra banner. Monika Jain, who is convenor of this yatra in Bhopal, said that series of competitions will be organised at school and college level to generate awareness against sexual abuse.

This nation-wide campaign is likely to start from Kanyakumari on September 11 and will be reaching Bhopal on October 5 and 6 tentatively. The two-month long campaign, ‘Save Childhood, Save Nation,’ will also encourage public to join hands and facilitate in spreading awareness against child abuse at local level .Painting competition, skits and drama will be organised as a part of the campaign .

When it comes to awareness, especially at school level, no major guidelines have been chalked out .The topic of child sexual abuse needs to be taken even at parents and teachers meeting to children of all age groups so that even primary school children can be aware of ‘bad’ touch and ‘good’ touch .Besides sensitivity about the sexual abuse also needs to be highlighted at slum areas and different child friendly units to curb sexual exploitation of children should be started in slum areas in city.

Many non voluntary organisations have demanded in for mapping of State capital in terms of prevalent rate of crime against women and children.  As per them this will facilitate in chalking out strategy phase wise by understanding the indicators from one locality to another so that violence against children can be curbed. It was also reported that by NGO which is working along with Child line and SPJU (Special Juvenile Police Unit) that Aishbagh registers highest number of crime against girl children in Bhopal.
