Railway ensures food for passengers after train develops technical fault

Keeping social responsibility in mind Railway officials distributed foods to the passengers after a passenger trains brought to halt following break binding on Tuesday evening.
As per information received from officials sources train (78825) Dallirajhara-Durg Passenger was stopped near Junwani gate after passing Sikoka passenger halt. Railway officials swung into action and immediately sent Accident Relief Train (ART) to the spot with technical team and food stuffs. There were about 125 passengers in the train including children, women and senior citizens.

As it was the last train and the route and keeping in mind cold weather railway officials distribute free tea and food stuffs to the passengers. All the passengers were taken to destination which was about 40 kilometer away by ART. The technical team repaired the train during night and the train service was restored.

Senior Divisional Safety Officer, R Sudarshan, Senior Divisional Mechanical Engineer PP Yard Rangarao, DMI, ARM and supervisors were present at the spot.
