CM cuts out task for every deptt

Ministers & officers have to give task progress report to CM


Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has given task of one year to every department during a meeting held at Mantralaya on Tuesday. Moreover, it will be on 5th day of every month that ministers and officers of concerned departments will have to give the progress report of task to CM.


Informing mediapersons about the meeting, Government spokesman and Parliamentary Minister Dr Narottam Mishra told that one year task has been given to all ministers and officers by Chief Minister during the meeting in which discussion was done on every department. CM told that his team is working in better manner and innovations of state have been embraced by entire country. Recently, a delegation of neighbouring state Maharashtra came to study Bhavantar scheme. Most importantly, CM has asked to look that how onion can be brought into Bhavantar scheme.


Farmers are getting the benefit of Bhavantar scheme and it is getting praised at national level. Even NITI Aayog discussed the scheme and presentation is being made before the Prime Minister in this regard.


In meeting, CM insisted that Mantralaya and Cabinet should become paperless. Doing discussion on General Administration Department, CM said that as the promotion issue is in court and during this course, many employees got retired. CM insisted that such a policy should be chalked out under which it should be contemplated that how retired employees can be benefitted. Along with this, there should be speedy Department and within two months, vision 2022 should get prepared.


CM also asked officers to ensure that state becomes open defecation free by October 2, 2018. Along with this, CM urged for sanction of tenders to connect every village with roads.
No village will remain without power. As per Government record, there are 24 villages in State which are still powerless and work will be done that no village remains without power connection by October.


When Revenue Department discussion came up, CM said that non-controversial land distribution cases should be done within set time limit.
CM said that it will be ensured that all cities get clean drinking water. During discussion of Public Health Engineering Department, CM asked that as there has been scanty rain’s, hence, from now onwards, preparation should be done that how water need could be met during summer season. The Nal Jal scheme which are near to completion should started.


When discussion was done on food security, CM directed to end the condition under which no new name was added without cutting the old names. Now new names could be added without cutting the old names.


Super 100 scheme will be implemented in tribal dominated districts. Doing discussion on tourism, CM underlined that there are galore opportunities. Doing discussion on home department, CM stressed for women security campaign by ensuring participation of women and child development department.


During discussion on sports, CM said that to implement the scheme to give inspector and constable jobs to medal winner players. Discussion was also done how to develop players for 2020 Olympics.
