RSS’ ‘Madhya Bharat Prant Matrishakti Shivir’ ends

A two-day State-level ‘Matrishakti’ conference organised by Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) was concluded here in the state capital on Sunday. As many as 637 women of 31 districts belonging to eight wings of Madhya Bharat Prant participated in this mega programme. Women of 18 to 70 age groups working in Sangh were imparted training on different subjects to ensure creative role of women power in family and society during various sessions.

RSS all India `media head Aniruddh Deshpande addressing the women said that with their active participation in the society they should give answer to some innocence persons of the country who say that there is no participation or activity of women in Sangh. Deshpande said that the women should reply that working in Sangh they are active in all fields and they participate equally in comparison to men in social life.

Women activists were imparted training on the subjects including ‘Bal Kishori Vikar’, ‘Garbh Sanskar’, joint and single family, ‘Kutumb Probhodhan’, fast and festivals etc. Discussion was also held on how women can enhance social integrity. The women were also given information about empowerment through self-help-groups.

On first day the conference was started with the discussion on “Matrishakti Ke Sambandh Mein Bharatiya Evam Pashchim Ki Drishti”. Yoga, exercise, prayer and sports etc were also the part of the two day conference.
