Staff Reporter,

BJP National President Amit Shah made a scathing attack on Congress by saying that Rahul Gandhi is dreaming of forming government in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, but he should realise the fact that he will be unable to see Congress even through the help of binocular in coming days. Amit Shah was addressing a meeting of BJP’s Palak Sanyojak and other workers in Shivrpuri on Tuesday. He appealed party workers to take two pledges, first to win Assembly elections in leadership of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and second to win Lok Sabha election under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, BJP National General Secretary Ramlal, State BJP incharge Dr Vinay Sahashrabuddhe, Minister Yashodhararaje Scinida, BJP National Vice President Prabhat Jha, BJP State Organisation General Secretary Suhas Bhagat, Minister Lal Singh Arya etc were present. Earlier, Amit Shah reached Gwalior by a plane and was received by BJP State President Rakesh Singh, Election Campaign Committee Convenor Narendra Singh Tomar and other senior leaders.

After this, Amit Shah went to Shivpuri. In Shivpuri, Amit Shah garlanded the statue of martyr Tatya Tope. Taking on Rahul Gandhi, Amit Shah said that in this election, Rahul Gandhi has no issue. “Congress ruled for so long time but did not give anything for country and State. However, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took State out from BIMARU category and turned it into a developed state,” he told. He said that today BJP is having government in 19 states. Congress is perplexed to form government. In different states of country, BJP has more than 1,800 MLAs and as many as 300 MPs in both houses of Parliament.

He claimed that once again BJP government would be formed in state and no one can stop BJP from moving ahead. Making indirect attack on Congress trio of Kamal Nath, Jyotiraditya Scindia and Digvijay Singh, he said that Congress is a sinking ship. Talking on illegal immigrants’ issue, he said that Modi government had identified 40 lakh intruders alone in Assam after implementing NRC. He told that irrespective of much ado being done by Congress, intruders will be ousted from country after formation of BJP government in MP and country. In his speech, he paid tributes to Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia and remembered her contribution in nursing of party. In Shivpuri, Amit Shah received overwhelming welcome from place to place.
